Day for Night

Well, 'kay, so it's been about two months (over two months) since I blogged. Sorry about that. Just haven't felt inclined to do so, I guess.

Christmas was fantastic! My brother and his wife came up from where they're living and we had a great time at my parents' place. I love the holidays because I love it when my family gets together. I know that's not everyone's experience of the holidays, but I'm so thankful that it's mine.

Work is work. No changes, really. I'm glad I have a good crew of people who are on my immediate team, or else work would be painfully boring. I need a job where I'm constantly doing new things or lots of variety. This is not that job. I knew that when I took it, but of course I need the paychecks. :)

As for the job I really want, social work -- well, I'm afraid I've made no headway there. I'm still "in a stuck" about my coursework. That's part of the reason I haven't bothered blogging. There's been no movement on the biggest issue at all, and I'm ashamed to admit it.
